On April 18th, 2014, the Global Times celebrated the 5th anniversary of the creation in the National Stadium Bird's Nest. This celebration had rich and varied activities, including the first global ambassador culture forum, the global super model competition, and the establishment of learning news agency. Over 200 people were invited to this ceremony, including ambassadors from more than 20 countries, cultural celebrities, industry leaders, domestic and foreign media organizations. In an enjoyable atmosphere, they gathered together, witnessed the development of the newspaper and understood the world in the collision of cultural exchanges between countries.
