On November 23, 2013, "from the hall to the hall", the contemporary decoration painting exhibition, kicked off at the Beijing Rong Hui Arts Center. It was hosted by Chinese traditional arts and Crafts Association, sponsored by Putian Oil Painting Art Industry Association, and cooperated with Beijing Rong Hui Arts Center and Beijing 22 Street Art District, supported by Mengweisi international trade. As a model of spreading classical oil painting and letting art into life, "the World Encyclopedia of Oil Painting Collection” started its first appearance in the opening ceremony.
